Our Story

With over 25 years in the jewelry business, Deni Caulder and The Treasure Chest have been part of many love stories, celebrations, and special moments. Deni, a master craftsman of her trade, specializes in the details and prides herself on knowing her customers - many of which return year after year. From a young age, Deni loved all things that glitter. In fact, with an uncle who specialized in gemstones, it was only natural her love for sparkly things grew over time. “I can remember window shopping with my mother and grandmother as a young girl and my eyes being drawn to anything that glistened and sparkled,” said Deni. “Although I grew-up to be a little on the tomboy side, that appreciation for sparkle was never lost.

Today, I’m still drawn to colorful gemstones and quality craftsmanship and cuts.” Rest assured, at The Treasure Chest, you will never have to worry about quality as they stand behind their diamonds. “My greatest joy is providing my customers with a shopping experience that leaves them understanding what they are investing in,” she said. “I want whoever walks through my door to leave happy and confident in their purchase.”

When it comes to bridal, The Treasure Chest is trusted and known for high quality at a phenomenal price. From the latest trends to the traditional, The Treasure Chest offers something for every soon to be engaged couple. The Treasure Chest Give Back
to Local Community

The Treasure Chest believes in giving back within the local community. One of The Treasure Chest’s annual projects is the Milkbone Holiday Fundraiser which benefits FoCCAS (Friends of the Colleton County Animal Shelter). FoCCAS, organized in 2009, is a non-profit which supplements the Colleton County Animal Shelter through fundraising efforts and volunteer efforts.

According to FoCCAS, the dog bone fundraiser, sponsored by The Treasure Chest, was the single-largest business donation of the year, with proceeds from the fundraiser being earmarked by FoCCAS for education, spay and neuter programs along with rescue and adoption.

“We really appreciate what the Treasure Chest has done for FoCCAS with the dog bone fundraiser,” said Sarah Miller, FoCCAS representative in a recent interview. Over the past four years, they have raised over $8,850 for FoCCAS.”

Caulder, herself an animal lover, credited her loyal customers for supporting the fundraising drive over the holidays. “The Milkbone campaign has grown each of the three years thanks to our wonderful customers and the animal lovers who support FoCCAS,” said Caulder. “We love helping animals and supporting the efforts of the FoCCAS volunteers.”
